Cheeks of veal with mixed vegetable jardinière
Piedmont Fassone cheeks of veal marinated with aromas, lightly fried in butter, then cooked in the marinated wine sauce and served with vegetables (carrots, peppers, celery, courgettes, small onions, cauliflower and celeriac)
